Obituary of Jerry Perry

PERRY, Jerry L. age 64 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday morning, August 9, 2011 at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer. Born August 26, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jerry was the son of Dallas and Eve (Butler) Perry and was self employed at Perry's Morningstar Appliance, Lebanon, Ohio. Perry was raised in Hazard, Kentucky and moved to Blanchester at the age of 10. Perry served in the Ohio National Guard, was a faithful member of the Lebanon Elks Lodge for 25 years and a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his father and brother Robert Perry, Perry leaves behind his loving wife of 22 years Vicki (Spangler) Perry of Lebanon, Ohio; sons Robert (Emily) Perry of Dayton, Ohio and step-son Chris (Jena) Satchell of Maineville, Ohio; daughter Tina Perry of Sabina, Ohio and grandchildren Nikki and Hanna Fetters, Evan Perry and Trevor Satchell. Friends may call on the family Friday evening, August 12, 2011 from 6:00pm until 7:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. The Lebanon Elks Lodge will hold their service at 7:00pm at the funeral home.
