BARTIZEK, Janice (Spellacy) age 90 of Lebanon, Ohio and formerly of Coventry, Connecticut, passed peacefully Saturday evening, July 2, 2011 at the Otterbein Retirement Community, Born June 15, 1921 in Coventry, Connecticut, Janice was the daughter of Daniel and Rubie (Watrous) Spellacy and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Services will be private at the request of the family.
