Obituary of Anna Shannon

SHANNON, Anna M. (nee Hale) age 60 of Franklin, Ohio formerly of Crestline, Ohio, passed peacefully Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. Born September 24, 1951 in Pulaski County, Kentucky, Anna was the daughter of Carrol and Zelma (Barnes) Hale and a loving and devoted wife and mother. Anna loves Jesus and enjoyed the life of a Pastor's wife, serving their church congregation in Morrow, Ohio. Preceded in death by her parents, son Kyle Nathaniel Shannon, brother Layton Hale and sister Charlotte Barler; Anna leaves behind her loving husband Pastor Ted Shannon of Franklin, Ohio, son Chris (Britany) Shannon and daughter Brittany Shannon both of Shelby, Ohio; brothers Nathan (Karen) Hale and Milton Hale both of Crestline, Ohio; sisters Deanna (Ken) Baker of Galion, Ohio; Loretta (Bill) Reynolds of Mansfield, Ohio, Mary Hale and Vickie (Dale) Sallee both of Crestline, Ohio; sisters-in-law Isabelle and Kathie Hale and brother-in-law Jack Barler. Friends may call on the family Friday evening, February 24, 2012 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the Kings Point Church of God, Maineville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the church with Pastor Damen Hatten officiating. Burial will be held Monday, February 27, 2012 in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Crestline, Ohio.
