Obituary of Earl Holmes

Holmes, Earl P. age 81 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Bethesda Arrowsprings. Born November 29, 1929 in Crab Orchard, Kentucky, Earl was the son of James and Cora May (Johnson) Holmes and a proud U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and a retired bridge construction worker from the Warren County Engineer's office. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Dallas, Charles and Clyde Holmes and sisters Pauline Morsie and Marcella Kell, Earl leaves behind his brothers Herschel K. Holmes of Huber Heights, Ohio and Anthony Holmes of Kentucky, special niece Samantha Swann of Tennessee and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Friday evening, June 10, 2011 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10:00am at the Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville, Ohio.
