Obituary of Billy Coomer

COOMER, Billy Ray age 67 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday morning, April 21, 2011 at the Otterbein Retirement Comunity just outside of Lebanon, Ohio. Born June 4, 1943 in Lee County, Kentucky, Billy Ray was the son of Albert and Malvery (Turner) Coomer and was a retired maintenance worker with the Princeton City Schools. Billy Ray was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Paul and Kenneth Coomer, sisters Dorothy and Gladys Deaton; Billy Ray leaves behind his sons Billy Ray Coomer, Jr. of Brown County, Ohio and John Wesley Coomer of Middletown, Ohio; daughters Lisa Hollandsworth of Middletown, Ohio, Peggy Zinn and Teresa Biggs both of Lebanon, Ohio; brother James R. Coomer of Kentucky; sisters Beatrice Powell of Michigan,Geneva Fox of Kentucky, Judy Shelton and Virginia Mae Coomer both of South Lebanon, Ohio; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call on the family Monday, April 25, 2011from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held at the Coomer Family Cemetery in Primrose, Beattyville, Kentucky.
