Obituary of Lloyd McKinney

McKINNEY, Lloyd J. "Freddie" age 80 of Lebanon, ohio passed peacefully Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the Lodge Care Center in Loveland, Ohio with his family by his side. Born March 27, 1931 in Clayton, New Mexico, Freddie was the son of George and Beulah Valentine (Jameson) McKinney and a retiree of the General Electric Corporation with 36 years of service. Freddie was a resident of the City of Lebanon for the past 53 years, a member of the Urbancrest Baptist Church and a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Leroy George McKinney; Freddie leaves behind his loving wife Mary Etta (Smith) McKinney of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Deborah McKinney (Harry) Sterling of Loveland, Ohio; sons Lloyd Michael (Brenda) and Mark Allen (Charlena) McKinney of Lebanon, Ohio and Christopher Todd (Shannon) McKinney of Tennessee; brother David Blakely McKinney of West Carrollton, Ohio; grandchildren Justin (Tammy), Cain, Megan, Chad, Kayla, Sarah and Ivy and great-grandchildren Haley and Kyle. Friends may call on the family Friday, April 8, 2011 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:00pm with Reverend Jack Little officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.
