Obituary of Ruth Maus

MAUS, Ruth (nee Yeakle) age 66 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton with her family by her side. Born November 10, 1943 in Hamilton, Ohio, Ruth was the daughter of Edward and Gussie Katherine (Seeper) Yeakle and a Sr. Analyst with AK Steel in Middletown, Ohio. Ruth was a graduate of Miami and Wright State Universities and a member of CPA, Phi Beta Kappa, Junior Achievement and St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Lebanon, Ohio. Preceded in death by her parents, Ruth leaves behind her loving husband Frederick Alan Maus, Sr. of Lebanon, Ohio; son Frederic Alan Maus, Jr. of Virginia; daughter Katherine Louise Barie of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren and many other family members, friends, co-workers and neighbors. Friends may call on the family Sunday evening, October 3, 2010 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the STINE Kilburn Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, October 4, 2010 at 10:00am at the St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Lebanon, Ohio with Father Bernie Weldishofer officiant. Burial Will follow in the St. Stephen`s Cemetery in Hamilton, Ohio. The family appreciates memorial donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
