Obituary of Janice Craft

HAYDEN-CRAFT, Janice C. (nee Gray) age 68 of Morrow, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday afternoon, October 17, 2010 at Hospice of Cincinnati after a lengthy illness. Born May 27, 1942 in Alexandria, Indiana, she was the daughter of Cyril C. and Veda D. (Hensley) Gray and retired from Warren County, Ohio Building Services. Janice was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, a member of Lebanon Eagles Lodge #1395 and enjoyed antiquing, attending auctions, Ebay, collecting dolls and Fenton Glass. Preceded in death by her father, brother Roger Gray, half-sister Delina Hill and grandson Christopher Manis; Janice leaves behind her loving husband Arthur (O`Dell) Craft of Morrow, Ohio; her mother Veda Gray of Alexandria, Indiana; son Gerald (Genny) Imel of Alexandria, Indiana; daughters Teresa (Brett) Manis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Rhonda (Howard) Higgenbothan of Fort Wayne, Indiana, April Morgan of Morrow, Ohio and Olivia Soloman of South Lebanon, Ohio; half-sister Helen Dill; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many other family members, friends and neighbors. Friends may call on the family Friday, October 22, 2010 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at the STINE Kilburn Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the Owens Funeral Home in Alexandria, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at the Owens Funeral Home at 2:00pm with Reverend Fred Burke officiating. Burial will follow in the Park View Cemetery, Alexandria, Indiana. The family appreciates memorial donations to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1942. Arrangements have been entrusted to STINE Kilburn Funeral Home, 801 Monroe Road, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 and Owens Funeral Home, Alexandira, Indiana.
