Obituary of Myrtle Carmack

CARMACK, Myrtle (nee Stamper) age 69 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday evening, January 31, 2012 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. Born August 29, 1942 in Breathitt County, Kentucky, Myrtle was the daughter of Tom and Martha Ann (Morris) Stamper and a loving and devoted mother, wife and grandmother. Myrtle was a 15 year employee of Lebanon Country Manor and a devoted caregiver to many. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Leroy Stamper and sisters Vada Demas and Geneva Stamper; Myrtle leaves behind her loving husband of 35 years James Carmack of Lebanon, Ohio (who served several years in the military and is a member of Union Local Milwrights 1066); son Paul (Kim) Trent of Maineville, Ohio; daughters Tammy (Danny) Taulbee of South Lebanon, Ohio, Angel (Allen) Reynolds of Franklin, Ohio and Marie (Paul) Eversole of Kentucky; stepsons Jim Carmack of South Lebanon, Ohio; Jerry (Sharon) Carmack of South Lebanon, Ohio; step daughter Cathy (Walter) Pittman of Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Afton, Leslie, Tommy, Chris, Lace, Whitney, Josh, Brittney, Mikey, Graci, Garrett and Max and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call on the family Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00pm.
