Obituary of David Nuttall

NUTTALL, David L. `Lou` age 84 of Centerville, Ohio passed peacefully Monday, January 17, 2011. Born March 25, 1926 in Dayton, Ohio, Lou was the son of David J. and Dorothy (Cooper) Nuttall and the former owner of Woody`s Auto Service and Lou`s Auto Service. An Army-Air Force Veteran of World War II, Lou was a loving and devoted father and grandfather who enjoyed reading, puzzles, bowling and playing shuffle board at Latham Senior Center. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 60 years Magaline (Hack) Nuttall in 2007 and his brother Lawrence Nuttall, Lou leaves behind his daughter Linda (Krista Wyatt) Young of Lebanon, Ohio; sister Patricia (Steve) Henry of Kettering, Ohio; grand daughters Melinda Barnthouse of Centerville, Ohio and Marcy (Adam) Marriott of Maryville, Tennessee; great-grandchildren Kelly and Seth Barnthouse and Devin Marriott; his special K-9 companion Sally; special friends Bob and Jackie Luther and neighbor Althea Yoder. Friends may call on the family Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at the David Cemetery Chapel, Kettering, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the David Cemetery Chapel at 12:00pm with Pastor Brian Beckett officiating. The family requests memorial donations in Lou`s name be directed to the Sacred Hearts Animal Rescue, 792 Bethlehem Road, Winchester, Ohio 45697.
