Obituary of W. Mckenzie

McKENZIE, W. Diaz age 64 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Friday, January 21, 2011. Born November 24, 1946 in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Diaz was the son of Richard W. and Ethelyn (McDonald) McKenzie and a graduate of Henderson State College in Arkansas. Diaz was a councelor of many troubled individuals at the Warren County Jail, the Summit Behavioral Center and the Vineyard Community Church. Diaz was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his parents, Diaz leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years Donna (Kreateschman) McKenzie of Lebanon, Ohio; sons Damon (Misty) McKenzie of Arkansas, Dean (Amy) McKenzie of Reading, Ohio, W. Darin (Sara) McKenzie of Goshen, Ohio, George Markel and Will Smith; daughter Rachel (Don) Maness of Lebanon, Ohio; sisters Sherry Harris and Rita; grandchildren Donie & Jamie Maness, Kayla, Jacob, Emmett and Laura Kresslein, Lacey, Alyse, Caleb, Boaz, Ezekiel, Brianna, Wally and Hailey McKenzie and MCall Smith. Friends may call on the family Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 5:00pm until 7:30pm at the Vineyard Community Church on Century Boulevard located in the Tri-County/Sharonville area. Funeral services will be held at the church at 7:30pm with Pastor Joe Boyd officiating.
