Obituary of Jack Townley

TOWNLEY, Jack G. age 83 of Lebanon, Ohio formerly of Loveland, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday evening, February 11, 2011 at University Hospital with his family by his side. Born December 19, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jack was the son of Harry and Mary Belle (Peters) Townley and was retired from the Conrail Railroad where he worked 30 plus years as a conductor. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley M. Townley, brothers David and Chuck Townley and grandson Jeff Townley; Jack leaves behind his sons Jeffrey L. (Debbie) Townley of Lebanon, Ohio, Jack Townley of Louisiana, Jim (Geraldine) Townley of Florida and Jerry (Roseann) Townley of Georgetown, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Friends may call on the family Wednesday evening, February 16, 2011 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the STINE Kilburn Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 12:00pm at the West Chester Cemetery, 6426 West Chester Road, West Chester, Ohio.
