Obituary of Donna Lane

LANE, Donna L. (nee Kemp) age 87 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital with her family by her side. Born March 18, 1924 in Washington CH, Ohio, Donna was the daughter of Emery and Nora (Carter) Kemp and a loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend. Donna will be remembered for her love of antiques (she sold antiques through a booth in a Lebanon antique mall), her love of flowers and her passion for fishing. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Willard Lane in 1992; sons Willard Nearl Lane and Robert Sams; brothers Alva and Harold Streitenberger and Richard and Emery Kemp, Jr.; Donna leaves behind her son Michael (Jackie) Lane of Monroe, Ohio; daughters Linda Lamb of Lebanon, Ohio, Etta Mae Rose of Franklin, Ohio and Patty Smith of Florida; daughter-in-law Pam Lane of Middletown, Ohio; eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and special friend Wayne Hilton of Lebanon, Ohio. Friends may call on the family Tuesday evening, January 31, 2012 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the Anchor of Hope Church 1235 Settlemire Road, Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:00am at the church with Reverend Bill Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Butler County Memorial Gardens just outside of Trenton, Ohio.
