Obituary of Betty Golden

GOLDEN, Betty Gene (nee Moore) age 86 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away January 9th, 2015 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. Born December 7, 1928 in Chase, Michigan, Betty was the daughter of Orville and Myrtle Moore of Luther, Michigan. Betty had retired from the U.S. Postal Service, was a lifetime member of the V.F.W., ran her own restaurant and later in life did crocheting for a company n Arizona. Preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Felix Golden, Sr., Betty leaves behind her loving daughter Barbara Ann (Church) Ladden of Cadillac, Michigan, son Robert Felix (Carol) Golden, Jr. of Wheeling, West Virginia; brother Orville Moore of Topeka, Kansas; grandchildren Donald Stephen Rogers of Trenton, Ohio and Tina (Chris) Smiley of Hamilton, Ohio and great-granddaughter Adrianna Lee Rogers. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, January 15, 2015 from 5:00pm until 6:30pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 6:3pm with Preacher Karl Flem officiating.
