I am sorry I only saw this today. Going thru memory lane for some reason. I knew Betty and Dick from Sherwood's and many years to follow. During my special visits, we laughed and remembered those days. Dick and Betty were like my other set of parents from afar. My travels to Germany, always brought them a Hummel calendar and Hummel bell. Betty so dearly loved them. Thank you, for molding my life, teaching me good hard work and strong convictions. Dick is whistling now, that Betty and those dachshunds are all together again.

Grandma As I sit here balling my eyes out I can't help but remember all the wonderful memories I have of you and grandpa. Growing up 7 houses up the street was the best thing any young boy could ever ask for. I can remember the strolls down Southline Drive not being able to wait to get to your house... the love and compassion that you showed for us will never be forgotten. I'll never forget you coming to sporting events and being my biggest cheerleader. Making Kari and I the most wonderful meals, sharing holidays together, spending the night every Easter waking up with an Easter egg in our shoes. I am so glad that Ben was able to spend the first 10 years of his life with you in it. He loves you and will never forget you. Please give grandpa a big hug for me. I love you guys more than you will ever know and will continue to live my life with the values you guys taught me. Your grandson Scott
