Obituary of Phyllis Smith

SMITH, Phyllis Marie (nee Samuels) age 87 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio. Born January 8, 1927 in Seven Mile, Ohio, Phyllis was the daughter of Earl and Trixie (Keister) Samuels and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Phyllis had lived in the Lebanon area since 1954 and enjoyed playing golf with her husband and friends. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Dick Samuels; Phyllis leaves behind her loving husband of 67 years Harlan Andrew Smith of Lebanon, Ohio; son Richard Dennis Smith of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Lynn (Frank) Marshall of Lebanon, Ohio and grandson Andrew (Jamie) Whitmeyer of Middletown, Ohio. Friends may call on the family Tuesday, Decmeber 16, 2014 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 12:00pm with Reverend Dillon Staas officiating. Burial will follow in the Turtlecreek Cemetery just north of Lebanon.
