TIETMEYER, Chad age 39 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Sunday, October 26, 2014. Born May 4, 1975 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Chad was the son of Gary Clary and Sue Collins and a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Ohio.
Chad leaves behind his loving mother Sue Collins of Lebanon, Ohio and sister Danielle Eriesen.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
