Obituary of Mark Frauenknecht

FRAUENKNECHT, Mark H. age 54 of :Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday morning, October 7, 2014 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties surrounded by his loving family. Born May 10, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio, Mark was the son of Russel "Ed" and Barbara (Fordyce) Frauenknecht and was a loving a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mark was a 1978 graduate of Lebanon High School, attended Morehead University and was a member of the Lebanon Elk's Lodge. During hisl years at Lebanon High School, Mark held the golf record for many years and even broke Jack Nicklaus' high school records. Preceded in death by his mother, Mark leaves behind his loving wife Deborah L. Jacobs of Lebanon, Ohio; sons Benjamin Frauenknecht of Lebanon, Ohio and Joel (Candice) Jacobs of Lebanon, Ohio; daughters Gillian (Steve) Bauer of Middletown, Ohio, Haley Frauenknecht of Middletown, Ohio and Amber (Jason) Whitaker of Maineville, Ohio;father Russel "Ed" Frauenknecht of Lebanon, Ohio; brother Jeff Frauenkencht of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren Jack and Emily Bauer, Paige, Aubrey, Teagan and Zoey Whitaker and two additional grandchildren on the way and his boss and friend Ed Larkin. Calling hours will be held Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Faith Building Church located on Covenant Way in Lebanon, Ohio. An Elk's Lodge service will be held at the church at 12:45pm immediately followed by funeral services officiated by Pastor Anthony Wade. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio. The family has requested that memorial donations be directed to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.
