Obituary of Charles Sizemore

SIZEMORE, Charles M. age 85 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Hospice of Butler and Warren County with his family by his side. Born July 20, 1929 in Livingston, Kentucky, Charles was the son of J.B. and Cynthia (Doyle) Sizemore and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Charles was a proud Kentucky Colonel, an independent truck driver for 49 years and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Middletown where he was an usher for many years. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jimmy, Casper, Shirley and Ralph Sizemore and sisters Stella Poynter, Lucy Cochran and Helen Johnson and son-in-law Ken Wallace; Charles leaves behind his loving wife of 68 years Cora Jean (Johnson) Sizemore of Lebanon, Ohio; daughters Donna (Larry) Elam of Waynesville, Ohio, Cheryl (Eddie) Bussell, Charlene (Ronnie) Wilson and Linda Wallace all of Lebanon, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Friday, September 5, 2014 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Grace Baptist Church, Union Road, Middletown, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church at 1:00pm with Pastor Mark Spradling and Pastor Joe Shutts officiating. Burial will follow in the Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville, Ohio.
