Obituary of Joseph Hoge

HOGE, Joseph H. III age 80 of New Smyrna Beach, Florida passed peacefully Monday, January 9, 2012 at Hawthorne Glen Nursing Care in Middletown, Ohio. Born October 24, 1931 in Mullins, Virginia, Joseph was the son of Joseph H. Jr.I and Elizabeth M. (Evans) Hoge and a retired executive of the Exxon Corporation. Joseph was a loving husband, father and grandfather and a proud U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by his parents and wife Paula (Shumate) Hoge; Joseph leaves behind his daughters Kathryn Leftwich of West Virginia and Beth (Dave) Gulley of Lebanon, Ohio. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
