Obituary of Thomas Flemming

FLEMMING, Thomas C. age 81 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Friday morning, June 27, 2014 at Bethesda Arrowsprings. Born June 11, 1933 in Glen Fork, West Virginia, Thomas was the son of Wilson and Lois (Flemming) McGraw and was a proud US Marine Corps Sgt.and Veteran of the Korean War. Thomas was a lifelong resident of Warren County and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. Thomas had worked as a Broadcast Engineer for Voice of America and met his wife Pat (Eve) Flemming at the Houston Inn. Preceded in death by his parents, infant son Thomas C. Flemming, Jr. and grandchild Barry Logan Begley; Thomas leaves behind his loving wife of 56 years Pat (Eve) Flemming of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Gloria (Gary) Begley of Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Jennifer (Kevin) Henry of Summit Point, West Virginia, Jessica (Jeremy) Whaley of Lebanon, Ohio and Jillian (Thomas) Whitt of Franklin, Ohio; great-grandchildren Zachary and Logan Henry of West Virginia, Jonathan and Jordan Whaley of Lebanon, Ohio and Aubrey, Josie Mae, Carleigh Jean and Kolten and Kohen Whitt of Franklin, Ohio. The family will receive friends Monday evening, June 30, 2014 from 6:00pm until 7:45pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 7:45pm with Pastor Richard Ross officiating. Graveside committal services with Military Honors will be held at 11:00am in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Mason, Ohio.
