Obituary of Warren Cook

COOK, Warren Gary age 56 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Monday evening April 21, 2014. Born December 3, 1957 in Bell County, Kentucky, Gary was the son of Warren G.Cook and Mary S. (Couch) Pennington and was employed with William Oeder Ready Mix as a truck driver. Gary was a loving son, father and brother, loved animals, playing golf and the guitar. Preceded in death by his father Warren G. Cook, Gary leaves behind his daughter Mary Cook of Kenwood, Ohio, his mother Mary S.(Reverend Wash) Pennington of South Lebanon, Ohio; brother Larry W. (Cindy) Cook of South Lebanon, Ohio; sister Katherine (Doug) Motzer of Tennessee; nieces Natasha and Hannah Cook, nephew Tim Motzer, great nephews Tanner Motzer and James Johnson and former wife Nollie Cook of Kenwood, Ohio. Receiving of friends will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00pm with Pastor Steve Tufts officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
