Obituary of Viola Smith

Ms. Viola Josephine Smith, 90, of South Lebanon passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Born August 13, 1923 in South Lebanon, Ohio, Viola was the daughter of Clayton and Josephine (White) Doughman. She was a member of King's Point Church of God, an active member in her community, and loving mother / grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, her brother Richard and her son Dennis Smith. Mrs. Smith is survived by her four sons; Richard, Gilbert C., Robert and Jack Smith. She is also survived by a host of grand, great grand and great-great grandchildren, and sister Verla Collier Stenstrom of Fairfield, Ohio. Friends may call on the family Friday, February 7, 2014 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Kings Point Church of God with funeral service at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at the Fellowship Cemetery. A dinner will be held back at Kings Point Church of God immediately following the gravesite burial for close friends and family.
