Obituary of Linda Howell

HOWELL, Linda Sue (nee Butler) age 61 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Monday morning, January 6, 2014 at her home surrounded by family. Born December 18, 1952 in Jackson, Mississippi, Linda was the daughter of Harold C. and Jean (Ridgeway) Butler and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and faithful follower of Jesus Christ. Preceded in death by her father, Harold C. Butler; Linda leaves behind her loving husband of 36 years Michael Howell of Lebanon, Ohio; sons John and Joseph Howell both of Lebanon, Ohio; daughters Mindy Howell of Lebanon, Ohio, Katie Howell of Loveland, Ohio and Jenny Howell of Texas; mother Jean Butler of Mississippi; brothers Jim (Mary) Butler and Eddie (Jill) Butler all of Mississippi and sister Pat Truesdale of Mississippi. Receiving of friends will be held Thursday evening, January 9, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Urbancrest Baptist Church, Drake Road, Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 10, 2014 at the church at 12:00pm with Reverend Brad Butler officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.
