Obituary of Freeman Tatman

TATMAN, Freeman "Butch" age 74 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Monday, December 2, 2013. Born September 6, 1939 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, Butch was the son of Jake and Martha (McGee) Tatman and was a retired truck driver. Butch was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, a huge UK fan and was a member of the First Church of God in South Lebanon. Many will remember Butch from his years of coaching baseball in the South Lebanon Knot Hole League. Preceded in death by his parents, infant son Walbert Tatman and sister Phyllis Norris, Butch leaves behind his loving children Timothy (Annette) Tatman of Loveland, Ohio, Freeman E. "Boo" Tatman, Jr. of Morrow, Ohio and Jerritta "G.G." (Michael) Jackson of South Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Tim, Jr., Keisha, Alicia and Jake Tatman and Clinton and Adreanna Jackson; seven great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Receiving of friends will be held Thursday, December 5, 2013 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 6:00pm with Reverend Mike Cornett officiating. Burial will be Friday, December 6, 2013 at 10:00am in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
