Obituary of Bonnie Thomas

THOMAS, Bonnie L. (nee Williams) age 82 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday evening, October 26, 2013 at Kettering Memorial Hospital in Kettering, Ohio with her family by her side. Born June 17, 1931 in Hazard, Kentucky, Bonnie was the daughter of Andy and Bessie (Stacey) Williams and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and sister. Bonnie was a faithful member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Andy Williams, Jr. and sister Maurice Marie; Bonnie leaves behind her loving husband of 63 years Donnie Thomas of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Donna (Earl) Thomas-Downing of California and sister Shirley Ann Myers of North Carolina. Friends may call on the family Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Emmanuel Baptist Church located at 495 State Route 122, Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church at 1:00pm with Pastor Richard Ross officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio. The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the American Cancer Society.
