Obituary of Rosa Wass

WASS, Rosa Lee (nee Baker) age 74 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Friday morning, October 7, 2011 with her family by her side. Born October 3, 1937 in Clay County, Kentucky, Rosa was the daughter of Kenus and Nannie (Stidham) Baker and retired from Cincinnati Milicron, South Lebanon and Walmart, Fields Ertel Road. Rosa was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and a friend to all who knew her. Rosa was a true Christian Lady and a member of the Full Gospel Church of God. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Elmer Baker and sisters Oma, Sophie and Thelma Allen; Rosa leaves behind her loving children Johnnie (Jackie) Wass of Clarksville, Johnnie Wayne Wass of South Lebanon, Charlene (Bill) Gabbard of Hamilton and Sonja (Ken) Runstadler of Loveland; brothers Rollie Baker, Dan (Shirley) Baker and Wallace (Kathy) Baker all of Sexton Creek, Kentucky; sisters Flora and Aline Allen of South Lebanon and Phyllis Baker of Lebanon; grandchildren Misty, J.D. Karlie, Jordan, Rosemary and Denise and Wayne, Tim and Randy Durham; special great-grandchild Tyler and thirteen other great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Sunday afternoon October 9, 2011 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the Full Gospel Church of God at 1502 Deerfield Road, Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 10, 2011 at 11:00am at the church with Reverend Ray Napier officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
