Obituary of June Imbus

June Marie Ohlinger Imbus of Lebanon passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27, 2013. June was born February 27, 1932 in Hamilton, Ohio. She graduated from Notre Dame High School and completed Registered Nurse (RN) training at the Mercy School of Nursing in Hamilton, Ohio. June is preceded in death by her daughter Rosemarie. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, William Louis Imbus, her daughter Karen Elaine Imbus Martin (Christopher) and son William Louis Imbus Jr (Michelle), grandchildren Richard (Amanda), Daniel, Timothy and Benjamin Martin and William, Christian, Magdalene, and Thomas Imbus. In the Lebanon community, June spent countless hours volunteering at St. Francis de Sales parish and the Warren County Historical Society. She and her husband restored an1840s farmhouse to National Historic Register status. June was a loving and generous mother and grandmother. Her laughter and lively spirit will not soon be forgotten. Calling hours Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 9:00am until 10:45am at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. At 10:45am, we will then move to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, October 5th,at 11:00am at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lebanon. Burial was at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or Badin High School, Hamilton, Ohio.
