Obituary of Michael Zavacky

ZAVACKY, Michael age 56 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. Michael was born May 12, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio to Alex and Gertrude (Snow) Zavacky and was a loving son and brother. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Linda Zavacky; Michael leaves behind his brother Alexander (Linda) Zavacky of Dayton, Ohio and sisters Mary Dis and Carol Dunkin. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
