I grew up with Matt in Maryland and have many memories of the times we shared. I am very saddened by his passing. I know he lived a hard life, but it sounds like he was ultimately saved by his faith in the Lord. Matt and I have had some brief conversations over the last few years, but we never really reconnected. I regret that I didn’t take the time to reestablish a friendship with my childhood friend. My condolences to the entire Kresslein family.
