Obituary of Velma McHale

McHALE, Velma Alma (nee Grard) age 84 of Lebanon, Ohio and formerly of Maine passed peacefully Friday evening, July 19, 2013 at Hospice fo Butler and Warren County with her family by her side. Born June 9, 1929 in Fairfield, Maine, Velma was the daughter of Joseph and Rosie (Gagnon) Grard and was a retired sales clerk with Freeze's Department Store in Maine. Preceded in death by her parents, husband James P. McHale, son James P. McHale and sisters Anna McLean, Gladys Spinney and Mary Grard; Velma leaves behind her loving daughter Judith (Jerry) Moore of Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Michelle (Bryan) Hoying, Jennifer (George) Reddick, Sean (Martha) Moore, James P. McHale III and Andrew (Marelyn) McHale; seven great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
