Obituary of David Fields

FIELDS, David Kaleb age 13, of Lebanon, Ohio and formerly of Franklin, Ohio passed tragically Thursday evening June 27, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born November 17, 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio, David was the son of Larry and Melissa (Wilson) Fields, Jr. and was to enter the 8th grade in Lebanon City Schools in the fall. David had played football for Franklin (#64) and the first year he played for Franklin, they were undefeated. David loved to fish and hang out with his dad and papaw and do whatever they were doing. Preceded in death by his great-grandparents Leonhard and Tilda Glas and Bobby and Bettie Bowls; David leaves behind his parents Larry and Melissa Fields, Jr. of Lebanon, Ohio; brothers Dennis Piast and Brandon Patrick, sisters Bethani and Samantha Gabbard and Tillie Fields; grandparents Larry and Brenda Fields of Lebanon, Ohio, Tim and Terry Miles of Kentucky, Kim Singleton of Lebanon, Ohio, Jeff and Darla Szymchack of Michigan and Faye Wilson of Franklin, Ohio; special friend Jonah Barge and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Monday evening, July 1, 2013 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 7:00pm. The family appreciates donations that are directed to the David Kaleb Fields Memorial Fund c/o National Bank and Trust to assist with final expenses.
