Obituary of Increase Schock

SCHOCK,Increase Mather "Matt" age 37 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Monday afternoon June 24, 2013 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Born November 11, 1975 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Matt was the son of William Richard Schock and Paula (Upton) Long of Lebanon, Ohio and was a loving son, father and brother. Matt was a 1994 graduate of Lebanon High School and a follower of Lebanon Warrior Sports. He loved reading, studying religious philosophy, fitness, nature but most of all spending time with his family. Preceded in death by grandparents Paul "Bucky" Upton, William and Eunice Schock and Walter and Faye Lamb and aunt Toni Upton-Helton; Matt leaves behind his children Trooper and Micah Schock of Lebanon, Ohio; parents William Richard (Teresa) Schock and Paula (Mark) Long all of Lebanon, Ohio; brother Tim (Tiffany) Kidd or Morrow, Ohio; sisters Lacy (Josh) Long-Goldberg of Cleveland, Ohio and Abby Long of Lebanon, Ohio; grandmother China Upton of Lebanon, Ohio and grandparents Vincent and Patricia Long of Lebanon, Ohio; aunts Terry Ontiveros, Kim Noble and Michele Neal; former wife Bobbie (Murphy) Schock of Lebanon, Ohio and special friend Phyllis Hutchinson and her son Josh Hutchinson of Lebanon, Ohio. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
