My heart is broken that such a sweet,loving young man has been taken from us way too soon. My heart goes out to his family. I have lots of good memories of cody with my daughter brooke. I will never forget his shy smile! May God give you strength and comfort during this horrible time. Please let brooke and i know if we can do anything for you.

Cody was such an inspiration to us all.just like his tattoo,he never gave up and never backed down.he had so much motivation and life and kept pushing through all the bullshit no matter what and how hard it got.he had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever met and the most contagious laugh.he was the best friend anyone could ever ask for and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.he was a shoulder to cry on and a face that could fill you with joy on your saddest days.you were taken away from us way too soon and I will never understand why but I know that you are in a much happier place now and will be looking down on us all watching over us and keeping things in check.you will never be a me to begin to imagine the impact you have made on so many lives,esp mine.and for that I will never ever forget you.you have a huge place in my heart and that will never fade.i love you mowgli.forever and always.until we meet again<3
