Obituary of Grace Taylor

TAYLOR, Grace E. "Gracie" (nee Franklin) age 76 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, May 24, 2013 at her residence with her entire family by her side. Born March 2, 1937 in Monticello, Kentucky, Gracie was the daughter of Charles B. and Mertie (Miller) Franklin and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Gracie was known to many in Lebanon, Ohio as a professional seamstress and had worked for many years at Kaufman's Department Store. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Homer and George Franklin and sisters Mazie Martin and Gladys Robinson; Gracie leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years George "Willard" Taylor; son Steve (Melissa) Taylor and daughter Sandy (Mark) Daubenmire all of Lebanon, Ohio; sister Mary Underwood of Kentucky; grandchildren Tiffany Keller, Stevie Taylor, Heather Cole and Casey Chapman; great-grandchildren Maddox, Macy, Maddie Rae, Cayla and Dominick. Friends may call on the family Tuesday evening, May 28, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 12:00pm with Pastor Bill Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
