Obituary of Carol Albin

ALBIN, Carol Sue (nee Smith) passed peacefully Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Christ Hospital with her family by her side. Born July 1, 1947 in Middletown, Ohio, Carol was the daughter of Roscoe and Louise Smith and was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Carol was a 1966 graduate of Middletown High School, a 65 year member of the First Baptist Church of Monroe and had worked at the Otterbein Retirement Communtiy. Carol will be most remembered for her devotion to her children, grandchildren and her faith. Preceded in death by her parents, son Dino Albin and brother Ronnie Smith; Carol leaves behind her loving children Randy (Kelli) Albin of Cincinnati, Bobby (Beth) Albin of Lebanon, Rossy (Melinda) Albin of Hamilton and Wendy (Miguel) Sanchez of Cincinnati; brothers Chuck (Sandy) Smith of Middletown, Rusty (Renee) Smith of Kansas, Tim (Alicia) Smith of Middletown and Richard (Caron) Smith of Mason; sixteen grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00pm with burial following in the Lebanon Cemetery.
