Obituary of George Zak

ZAK, George age 70 of Middletown, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio. Born August 19, 1942 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, George was the son of George and Viola (Svaboda) Zak and was a retired truck driver with Steel Transport Company in Middletown, Ohio. George was a member of the Lebanon Eagles Lodge #1395 and a loving father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. Preceded in death by his parents, George leaves behind his children Anthony Zak, Ted Douglas Zak and Boyd Thomas Zak, Lee Ann (Greg Williams) Zak and Amanda Zak all of Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Kaitlin and Melissa Zak and Ashley and Kristen Williams and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Friday evening, March 22, 2013 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 7.00pm with Reverend Lonnie Bray officiating.
