Obituary of Lucy Bachelor

BACHELOR, Lucy P. (nee Presley) age 84 of Mason, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Bethesda North Hospital. Born October 21, 1928 in Dizney, Kentucky, Lucy was the daughter of Elmer and Maudie (Durham) Presley and a retired assembly worker from Cincinnati Milicron. Lucy was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and a member of the Eastern Star, Lebanon Eagles Lodge #1395 and V.F.W. #6069 Auxillary. Preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Elmer C. Bachelor, daughters Janet Cole and Karen Bachelor, son Phillip, sisters Helen Jones and Alleen Presley; brother Larry Presley and grandson Bradley Bachelor; Lucy leaves behind her son Jeffery Bachelor of South Lebanon, Ohio; brother Ray Presley of Lebanon, Ohio; Fay (George) Eubanks of Lebanon, Ohio and Maxine Hickey of Dayton, Ohio; daughter-in-law Karen Bachelor of Lebanon, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and other family members. Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 1:00pm at the Graceland Memorial Park in Milford, Ohio with Pastor Steve Tufts officiating.
