Obituary of Phyllis Hubbs

HUBBS, Phyllis (nee Dizney) age 81 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Monday, February 17, 2020 at Bethesda North Hospital. Born February 1, 1939 in Splint, Kentucky, Phyllis was the daughter of Robert and Beatrice (nee Rowland) Dizney and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis leaves behind her loving husband of 62 years Orville N. Hubbs of Lebanon, Ohio; son Gary (Pamela) Hubbs of Lebanon, Ohio; grandson Adam Joseph (Sarah) Hubbs and great-grandchildren Chelsea and Alex. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 11am at the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
