Obituary of Harold R. Reif

REIF, Harold R. age 98 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Born January 28, 1921 in Lebanon, Ohio, Harold was the son of Vernon and Genevive (nee Stibbs) Reif and was a lifelong resident of Lebanon and a member of the St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. Harold served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force during World War II and later retired from Dayton Typographic. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Kenny and Bob Reif, sister Janet Saltsgaver and nephew Bill Reif; Harold leaves behind his loving nieces and nephews Robert (Linda) Saltsgaver of Springboro, Ohio, Jim Reif of Columbus, Ohio, Debbie Kindoll of Columbus, Ohio and Pam Sewell of Owensville, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 11am until 12pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 12pm with Father Bernard Weldishofer officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Lebanon Cemetery.
