Obituary of David Rex Armold

ARMOLD, David Rex age 62 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at West Chester Hospital. Born October 02, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio, David was the son of Ralph Rex and Peggy Jo (nee: Bailey) Armold. David was heavily involved in 4H in Warren County, and was an advisor for 25 years, most recently with the Helping Hands Club. He also served on the Jr. Fair Sale committee for 20 years and had been the General Projects Superintendent for 18 years. David also served as a Director on the Board of the Warren County Agricultural Society for the past 6 years. One of his proudest moments as a board member was the creation of the Animal and Me program, which pairs children with disabilities with a 4H member who helps them show an animal at Fair. 

Preceded in death by his father, David leaves behind his mother Peggy; daughters Tara Armold, Brittany (Daniel) Roberts, and Jennifer Chamblin; brothers Steve Armold and Joe Armold; grandchildren Kylie, Konrad, and Kaulin; nephew Michael; great nieces Myra and Morgan; his dog Gypsie who was his faithful and loyal companion; as well as many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 11am until time of a Memorial Service at 12 Noon, all at The Warren County Fairgrounds, Building A. Pastor Sam Garner will officiate.
