Obituary of Bernice Z Dalton

DALTON, Bernice Z (nee:, age 94 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Ohio Living Quaker Heights. Bernice was born February  15, 1925 in Fort Ancient, Ohio, the daughter of Zemri and Irene (nee: Urton) Urton. Bernice worked for many years at Ghent Manufacturing in Lebanon. She was the family caretaker, and loved going camping in her younger years. She also loved to sit on her porch with a good cup of coffee and watch the world go by.

Bernice was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Buster and Dicky Urton; and sisters Sis Morningstar, Geraldine Ludlum, Dottie Sargent; and Peggy Oberle. Bernice leaves behind her loving husband of 71 years, Frank Dalton; sons Dale and Steve Dalton; grandsons Bryan and Rodney Dalton, granddaughters Jennifer Thiebert and Stephanie Brooke Halpin, great-grandchildren Avery, Atticus, Simone, Collett, Sidney, Luke and Levi; great-great-grandchildren Braxton and Avery; as well as many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 03, 2019 from 11:30am until time of services at 12:30pm, all at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery. Pastor Sam Garner officiating.
