Obituary of Chester Patrick

PATRICK, Chester age 82 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, September 15, 2012 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born June 27, 1930 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, Chester was the son of Bartin and Easter (Bailey) Patrick and a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Chester also served in the West Virginia National Guard. Following his military career, Chester worked for McGraw Construction and worked on the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge and also worked on the Beast Roller Coaster at Kings Island. Chester was a member of the Carpenter's Union #113. Many of the locals will remember Chester as a regular at Bob Evans in Lebanon. Preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Betty R. Patrick; brothers Price, James, Henry, Kash, Barton, Raymond and Burns Patrick and sisters Lena Gregory and Lori Moore; Chester leave behind his sons Gary L. Jones of Acworth, Georgia. Mike Jones of Lebanon, Ohio, Lenual Jones, Jr. of Lebanon, Ohio and Lenny A. Jones of Springboro; sisters Lou Gullett of Plymouth, Ohio and Sarah Salyer of Newark, Ohio; grandchildren Dillan Jones, Lenual Jones III, Laura Geer, Eric Geer, Lisa Leach and Felicia Jones; great-grandchildren Wyatt and Gracye Jones and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Saturday evening, September 22, 2012 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm.
