Obituary of Ruth Ann Starcher

STARCHER, Ruth Ann (nee Wilson) age 74  of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Atrium Medical Center.  Born June 29 1945 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Ruth was the daughter of Virginia K. Parsons and was a loving mother and grandmother.  Ruth's passion was caring for her children and grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her mother, Ruth leaves behind her loving children Bo (Chantel) Starcher, Michael (Lana) Starcher, Raymond Starcher and Kathy (Duane) Welborn; brothers Roger (Donna) Wilson, Carl Wilson and Perry (Cathy) Wilson; grandchildren Victoria (Trevor), Jessica, Devan (Josh), Savannah, Kaitlyn, Devon (Tiffany), Morgan (Ryan) Taylor, Hayley (Kyle), Chase (Brittany), Derek (Rebecca), Johnna (Glenn) and Morgan (Reid); great-grandchildren Colby, Casey, Lincoln, Bohdi, Emma, Landen, Jackson, Noa, Silas, Toby, Grayson and Makenna; special friends Christel Gates and Landen George and of course her special k-9 companion Cheech.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 from noon until 4pm at Dils Center-Colosseum Room, 521 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.  Flowers will be accepted as early as 10am.
