Obituary of Darlene G. Dyer

DYER, Darlene G. age 80 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away peacefully Monday, July 08, 2019 in Middletown, Ohio. Darlene was born June 29, 1939 in Cove Gap, West Virginia to Millard and Ida "Dot" (nee: Skeens) Adkins. Darlene was a baptized Christian and enjoyed sewing, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and pets. Darlene worked for 25 years for Bob Evans as a server. 

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Shelby Dyer Jr., and her sisters Lois Dial and Garnet Dean. Darlene leaves behind her sons Michael (Julia) Dyer of Kentucky, Marcel (Karen) Dyer of Mt. Orab, Ohio, and Brian (Tammy) Dyer of Morrow, Ohio; daughter Robin Dyer of Lebanon, Ohio; brother Millard Adkins Jr.; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 12, 2019 from 10 am until time of services at 11 am, all at the Stine-Kilburn Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Lebanon Cemetery. Reverend Tom Myers officiating.
