Obituary of Paul Lee Thompson

THOMPSON, Paul Lee "PT" age 75 of West Chester, Ohio passed suddenly Friday, May 17, 2019 at West Chester Medical Center.  Born June 9, 1943 in Somerset, Kentucky, Paul was the son of Leo and Lestie M. (nee Roy) Thompson and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  Paul was a retired laboratory supply salesman and devoted to the ministry.  He pastored at the Victory Park and Victorian Nursing Homes in Norwood and loved singing and playing the guitar.  Paul was preceded in death by his parents, son Layman Dwayne Clark, brother Dallas Eugene Thompson and sister Margaret Elizabeth Wilson and leaves behind his loving wife of 48 years Edith (nee Keeton) Thompson of West Chester, Ohio; daughters Kim (Matt) Hanlon of Independence, Kentucky, Lisa (Rick) Pauley of Wilmington, Ohio, Melissa (Sean) Rugar of New Vienna, Ohio, Paula (Dan) Menke of Madison, Indiana and Kimberly (Shawn) Auxier of Hanover, Indiana; eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 10:30am until time of service at 1pm with Pastor Lasserre Bradley, Jr. officiating.  Interment will follow in the Lelbanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.

The family apprecciates memorial donations that are directed to the American Heart Association.
