Obituary of Oscar Cupp

CUPP, Oscar Cecil age 77 of Kings Mills, Ohio passed unexpectedly Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Bethesda Arrowsprings. Born July 16, 1935 in Rock Castle, Kentucky, Oscar was the son of Simon Peter and Cora Ann (Elison) Cupp and was retired from the General Electric Company in Evendale where he worked for many years as an inspector. Oscar was a lifelong resident of Warren County, Ohio, a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his parents and brothers Roy, Charlie, Billy, Robert and Freddie Cupp; Oscar leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years - Doris (Bishop) Cupp of Kings Mills, Ohio; sons Chris (Glenna) Cupp and Joe (Debbie) Cupp; daughters Dana (Mark) Hedger and Denise (Rodney) Noble; brothers Gary and Marvin Cupp; sisters Lois Miracle, Edna Koelehe, Millie Moore and Bonnie McGeorge; grandchildren Erin, Matt, Nathan and Josh; great-grandchildren Logan, Austin, Dustin, Natalie and Haley and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Wednesday evening, August 29, 2012 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the Pentecostal Temple of South Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 1:00pm at the church with Reverend JR. Sargent officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
