Obituary of Geneva Mae Kilburn

KILBURN, Geneva Mae (nee: Brandenburg) age 87 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 09, 2019 at Bethesda North Hospital with her family at her side. Born November 26, 1931 in Middletown, Oh to Conley and Bertha (nee: Lewis) Brandenburg, Geneva was preceded in death by her parents and her son Greg Kilburn. Geneva will be remembered for her love for her family, especially her grandchildren and for her love of quilting. 

Geneva is survived by her husband of 61 years John Kilburn, daughter Katrina (Karl) Ferree of Lebanon, brothers Conley (Jewel) Brandenburg Jr. of Lebanon and Jack (Gayle) Brandenburg of South Lebanon, sisters Pauline Johnson of Lebanon, Lillian Rowley of Lebanon, Janet Napier of south Lebanon, and Phyllis (William) Chasteen of South Lebanon, grandchildren Lauren Kilburn of Lebanon and Luke Ferree of New York City as well as many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 11 am until time of services at 1 pm, all at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Deerfield Cemetery in South Lebanon. Pastor Mike Amburgy officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Geneva's name to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
