Obituary of Bessie Grubb

GRUBB, Bessie (nee: Edwards) age 98 of South Lebanon, OH passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 03, 2019 at Cedarview Healthcare. Born January 6, 1921 in Owsley County, KY to Hugh and Susie (nee: Singleton) Edwards, Bessie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Hubert Grubb, son Dallas Grubb, daughter Wanda Lee Grubb, her brothers Blaine, Clellie, Elmer, Green, Paul, Roy and Leonard, and her sisters Myrtle Scott and Geneva Lunsford. Bessie will be remembered for her love of gardening, jigsaw puzzles, quilting and her love for her family.

Bessie is survived by her daughter Sandra Kay (David) Moore of South Lebanon, OH, grandchildren Kari (Randy) Williams, Clint Bogan and Terry "Travis" Bogan, and great-grandchildren Brittani (Derek) Kline, Kaitlin Ricke and Mackenzie Ricke as well as 2 great-great-grandchildren, Emberli Smith and William "Liam" Kline, on the way.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 08, 2019 from 11 am until time of services at Noon, all at the Kings Point Church of God. Interment to follow in Deerfield Cemetery. Pastor Josh Butler officiating.
