Obituary of Robert E. Shepherd

SHEPHERD, Robert, age 82 of Lebanon, Oh passed away peacefully Monday, April 01, 2019 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Born July 27, 1936 in Dayton, Oh to Frank and Mildred (nee: Nead) Shepherd, Robert was preceded in death by his parents, 1st wife Obra Jean, son Richard "Rick" Shepherd, and brother Richard "Dick" Shepherd. Robert will be remembered for his love of fishing, bird watching and working around the yard.

Robert is survived by his wife Helen, sons Jim Cook and Robert "Bobby" Shepherd, daughters Beverly Childers, Connie Sellers and Sheila Kennedy, brothers Larry Shepherd and Harold Shepherd, and sisters Grace Ellison and Patty Pouliot, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 05, 2019 from 11 am to 1pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home followed by a procession to Lebanon Cemetery for a graveside service with Pastor Dave Frasure officiating.
